We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies.

We require a 25% deposit to be applied toward any service(s) upon booking. We understand emergencies may arise and request at least a 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling when possible.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee amounting to 50% of the cost of service(s). We will do our best to fill your time slot from our waitlist to avoid a charge for the cancelation.

No-show appointments may result in a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the service(s).

Our policy is that we do not issue refunds on services received. If a guest feels that a refund is necessary, we require a full face-to-face consultation to assess the service. Simply Irresistible Nail & Hair Salon will not issue a refund if not allowed to assess the service or the challenge and attempt to remedy any discrepancies. We intend to always fulfill a guest's satisfaction and to build continued relationships with each of our guests. We are happy to provide a multitude of options in this situation.

GIFT CARD REFUNDS will not be provided. However, gift card balances can be transferred to another guest.

PRODUCT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES will be considered if the return is presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if barely used. Must provide proof of purchase.

AKZENTZ HARD GEL nails look natural and are very gentle on the natural nail.  This product allows us to cover and protect your natural nail or lengthen the nail to your desired length.

5-free, cruelty-free, and vegan. 

Hard gel is a great alternative to acrylic nails. It’s lighter, more natural, and has greater flexibility to prevent painful breaks, yet, is stronger than builder gel. This gel can be sculpted into a tip to give you a custom extension varying in length and shape. Please be sure to specify which length of extension you desire when booking. It can provide 3+ weeks of beautiful, strong nail extensions. If you have already long nails or natural nails that require extra strength but no extension, then the overlay service is perfect for you. The hard gel must be professionally removed as it is not able to be soaked off. Available in clear or five coverage shades.

Remember soft gel can be soaked off, but can also be filled.  It's not necessary to soak off the soft gel unless you are removing them for good or just temporarily.

Gel nails are an enhancement to strengthen or lengthen your nails, while gel polish is a type of colored polish that lasts longer than standard nail polish and must be cured under LED light

HARD Gel Nails

Gel nail products have the consistency of honey for application.  All of our gels are odor-free meaning they are healthier for you and your environment. 

We use Akzentz products which will leave your nails looking beautiful and feel natural. We have a wide variety of colored hard gels for matching skin tones. Akzentz maintains clarity and does not discolor or lose its high gloss shine. The hard gel needs to be filed off for removal, but don't worry, we use the utmost care for removal to not compromise the dexterity of your nail beds. In most cases,  we can remove 90% of the product and let the remaining 10% grow out. 

SOFT Gel Nails 

This product has been referred to as a structure or builder gel. It's not strong enough to hold up an extension, but it does provide strength to natural nails that are short to mid-length. Soft gel is more porous, so it can be removed completely with acetone. 

Gel Polish

Unlike traditional nail polish, soak-off gel polish is painted on with a brush and each layer is “cured” under a LED light to dry instantly. Soak-off Gels come in a wide array of colors. We carry about 800, yes 800 or more...

YES, but NOT your traditional dip powder application which is applied with a super glue-like resin. 

We use 2 layers of Orly Power Bond Soak-Off Base Coat for the powder to adhere to and each layer is cured in the LED light. This is the strongest manicure for short to long natural nails and is perfect for keyboard warrior clients with active lifestyles. The powder system gives you the durability of a dip manicure with the flexibility of a gel manicure.

When it comes to booking hair, you're going to want to figure out what your hair goals are first. What is it that you're looking to do with your hair in the short term and long term? Make sure you have 3 inspirational pictures of what you ideally would like your hair to look like as well as 3 pictures of what your hair currently looks like. POLISH APPLICATION  Nail polishes can still be applied.  It is not recommended for gel polish to be applied over the brace as it typically needs to be filed off of the nail vs. acetone used to remove lacquer polish.

How Onyfix® Works

1. The Onyfix® composite is applied to the nail at the widest point to create a band or at the corner where the nail is pinching to provide instant relief of discomfort.

2. After the composite is cured in the LED light, Onyfix® is fixed to the nail in its proximal shape without any tension.

3. The Onyfix® nail correction system ensures that the nail shape is retrained as the nail grows naturally. This can take several months.

4. Once complete, the composite is removed and the nail continues to grow naturally.

The principle of the Onyfix® nail correction system is to retrain an involuted, pincer, or ingrowing nail back to its natural shape over time during the natural growth process. Onyfix® does this without causing any pain or tension in the nail. Onyfix® is suitable for adults, children, and diabetic or high-risk patients as it offers a non-invasive solution for problem nails.

 Before application, your nail will be prepared and cleared of any nail debris that is causing you discomfort. The Onyfix® composite is then modeled onto your nail and cured with a special LED Blue Light. Your nail is now fixed into shape and the correction starts to take place. Visits every 10-12 weeks will be necessary to review and reapply as necessary to achieve the desired results. 

Often Asked Questions

How long does it take to apply Onyfix?

Onyfix can usually be applied during your allotted appointment time as it only takes about 15 minutes to apply. It may take longer if there is an excessive amount of debris to be removed.

What is the cost of an Onyfix treatment? 

All braces start at $75 per single band, per nail. Some nails may require a t-band toward the lateral fold to relieve pressure. 

How long does the Onyfix band last on the nail/s? 

Onyfix bands will usually last at least 3 months or longer. In the majority of cases, it stays in place until it grows right out with the nail. You may have to have more than one band applied as your nail is corrected over time, depending on the severity of the deformity. Another band may be needed once the nail is grown out 3/4 from the proximal nail fold( cuticle area).

I have an infected ingrown toenail, can I have the Onyfix band applied? 

You must, first of all, consult your foot healthcare professional, who will advise you. The infection must be treated and cleared before you have an Onyfix treatment, this may include antibiotics.

Is Onyfix suitable for diabetics?

Yes, Onyfix is suitable for diabetics. It is a Class 1 Medical device and has been rigorously clinically tested on diabetics.

Think of it as a sophisticated press-on made completely out of 100% gel. Gel-x tips don’t sit just at the tips of the nails, they will cover the entire nail bed giving you the perfect length, shape, and arch. It can provide up to 3 weeks of beautiful, strong nails.  This gel extension needs to be soaked off before applying a new set.

The Background 

IBX was created as a nail repair system back in 2014. Put simply, it works to toughen natural nails and guarantee nail integrity under enhancements like gel polish, soft gel, hard gel, and acrylics.

The Process

IBX uses conditioning monomers (molecules that bond together) that can penetrate the nail layer under gentle heat (like an LED light or a UV light). This heat helps IBX to fill in the gaps and ridges in the natural nail and create a shield to prevent the nail from breaking. The formula also encourages nail growth!
